Trailer Rental Requirements
- 2-night minimum. Trips over 50 miles and some holidays have a 3-night minimum. Peak holidays have a 3-night minimum (Holiday or peak season rates may apply)
- The length of your trip must coincide with the length of your rental.
- No pickup, drop off or delivery on Saturday's or peak holidays.
- Pick up, delivery and drop off times may vary.
- $500-$1000 refundable security deposit
- Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license
- Tow vehicle must be equipped to handle the type of trailer you are renting and must have a brake controller.
- Must tow at safe posted speed of 55MPH.
- Military and First Responder discount 5% off your rental with valid identification (Excludes Halloween, Thanksgiving & New Year's weekends)
- Vehicle exterior must be clean upon return.
- $100 pet fee
- No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. Smoking inside the trailer will result of loss of your security deposit.
- No climbing on roof
- There will be an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $200 or for units returned or left unsanitary. Fees will apply during desert season if windows and doors are left open and the sand / dirt is not swept up.

- Refund of rental amount minus 10%, processing fee if you cancel more than 14 days before departure
- 50% refund of rental amount if cancelled between 8-14 days prior to departure
- 0% refund of rental amount if cancelled within 7 days of departure
- Security deposit will be refunded on all cancelations
